Beyond the Edge: Affirming Your Destiny as a Leader is a four-day leadership development retreat that I facilitate with colleagues, Barbara Hummel and Jay Howell. We conducted Beyond the Edge once or twice a year for ten years in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and are now re-creating this event at a Pacific Northwest location.
